Kuvaus
VER is acquiring a fully outsourced Alternative Assets Data Service that shall include an alternative assets database as well and a research and insights component. The Alternative Assets Data Service shall be provided on a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) basis, i.e. hosted by Service Provider and provided to VER through the internet. The Service shall be provided via Service Provider’s platform which is hosted online, i.e. the Service shall be provided fully through the internet , via client interface except for the research and insights component of the Service which may be provided also via e-mail. The Service shall include access to an Alternative Assets database and an additional research and insights component. A more detailed Service Description is available as Attachment 1 to this Call for Tenders. The Service shall be available for VER on 1st January 2025 and the service agreement shall be for an indefinite duration.
