Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu USG (1 sztuka) na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb, i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia był dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Nie ma możliwości podziału zamówienia na mniejsze części. Specyfika przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi nierozłączną - jest to kompleksowa dostawa i montaż przedmiotu zamówienia tj. aparatu USG w Instytucie „Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka”.
