Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa osprzętu do aparatów Philips i innych akcesoriów na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w ilościach wynikających z bieżących potrzeb i w terminach wynikających z zawartej umowy. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia był dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022r. o wyrobach medycznych. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Specyfika przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi nierozłączną całość, którą Zamawiający wymaga. Nie ma możliwości podziału zamówienia na mniejsze części, ponieważ produkty muszą być dedykowane do tego samego systemu aparaturowego, jako całość lub muszą być kompatybilne ze sobą. Ponadto, podział zamówienia na mniejsze części, nie zmieni potencjalnego kręgu Wykonawców, którzy mogliby złożyć ofertę.
