1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup łóżek dla Oddziałów w tym łóżek intensywnej opieki medycznej i intensywnej terapii dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego nr 4 w Bytomiu w ramach dotacji celowej na zadanie inwestycyjne współfinansowane ze środków budżetu Województwa Śląskiego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik Nr 1A (Formularz asortymentowo – cenowy) oraz Załącznik Nr 1B (Zestawienie parametrów i warunków wymaganych) do SWZ. Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, warunków gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawiera Załącznik Nr 4 do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
