Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η παροχή υπηρεσιών λειτουργίας και συντήρησης της Εγκατάστασης Επεξεργασίας Λυμάτων (Ε.Ε.Λ.) στα Πηγάδια Καρπάθου, τη συντήρηση – λειτουργία των επτά αντλιοστασίων εξυπηρέτησης της ΕΕΛ. του συνολικού μήκους – γραμμής αγωγού όδευσης λυμάτων στην εγκατάσταση της Ε.Ε.Λ., για χρονικό διάστημα τριάντα έξι (36) μηνών, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η σωστή και απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία τους,
