De opdracht betreft de total engineering van de nieuwbouw van Wolfert PRO te Bergschenhoek. Wolfert PRO is een school voor vbmo-mavo ten behoeve van circa 640 leerlingen. Met nadruk wordt gesteld dat een total engineering opdracht wordt aanbesteed. Dit betekent dat de aanbestedende dienst aan één partij de opdracht zal verstrekken die verantwoordelijk is voor de hele engineering van het project.
