Description
Stichting BOOR is voornemens om op de huidige locatie van basisschool De Kubus locatie Heindijk 20 in Rotterdam nieuwbouw te plegen voor Integraal Kindcentrum IJsselmonde (hierna IKC IJsselmonde). Ten behoeve van bouwkundige, installatietechnische en terreinwerkzaamheden is de Aanbestedende Dienst voornemens één Inschrijver te selecteren en heeft hiertoe een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure uitgeschreven. De Opdracht is gebaseerd op bouwteamverband. Dat betekent dat de Aanbestedende Dienst voornemens is om aan een aannemer opdracht te verstrekken voor participatie in het bouwteam ten behoeve van afronding van het Technisch Ontwerp/Bestek en daarna opdracht voor bouwkundige, installatietechnische en terreinwerkzaamheden ten behoeve van de realisatie van de nieuwbouw. De sloop van het gebouw valt buiten deze opdracht. circa 3.116 m² BVO.
