Description
Gegenstand der Verhandlung ist die Verlängerung des Wartungsvertrags für die bei der LSA verwendete Software zur Ausstellung der Lizenzen (Piloten, Wartungstechniker, ATCOs) und für die Medicals, das Produkt EMPIC EAP bzw. FCL-M. Der Vertrag soll bis einschließlich 2029 verlängert werden. Mit dem Wartungsvertrag wird • die Bereitstellung von Upgrades und Patches, • die Bearbeitung bzw. Annahme der Fehlerfälle • die Zurverfügungstellung von einem Ticket- und Requirement-Tool • die Anpassung an neue Java-, Datenbank- und Betriebssystemversionen • EASA-, EU-, EC- Prozessanpassungen in der Software gewährleistet.
