Abschluss eines Vollwartungsvertrages inkl. Software-Updates für das Navigationssystem Curve (Fa. Brainlab) für die Unfallchirurgie Im Nachgang zur zwingenden Ersatzbeschaffung des passiven, optischen Navigationssystems „Curve“ für die Unfallchirurgie des Universitätsklinikums Frankfurt ist der Abschluss eines vollumfänglichen Wartungsvertrages (inklusive Instandhaltung und Software-Updates) erforderlich. Die fortlaufende und rechtssichere Aufrechterhaltung der Systemfunktionalität ist essenziell, um einen patientenschützenden OP-Betrieb dauerhaft zu gewährleisten. Die Vergabe dieses Vollwartungsvertrages kann aus zwingenden technischen, proprietären und regulatorischen Gründen ausschließlich an die Herstellerin, die Brainlab AG (München, Deutschland), erfolgen. Ein Rückgriff auf Drittanbieter ist objektiv nicht möglich. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Vollwartungsvertrag mit einer vertraglichen Laufzeit von sieben Jahren.
