Description

The Icelandic road and coastal administration (ICRA ) opens tender for new road construction of Vestfjardavegur in western part of Iceland (Westford). Total length of new road is 8 km. The work shall be completed in full on 30th of September 2026. The estimated main quantities are: - Rock cutting 199.600 m3 - Fillings 362.200 m3 - Road wedges 142.300 m3 - Steel pipes 1.100 m - Subbase 36.900 m3 - Roadbase, 15.600 m3 - Surface dressing 73.900 m2 - Road safety barrier 3.000 m
