Description
Die Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken (AöR) haben 2022 ein offenes Verfahren ”Microsoft EA" zur Vergabe eines Enterprise Agreement Vertrags zur Beschaffung von Neulizenzen mcl. Software-Assurance sowie für Assurance-Verlangerung ausgeschrieben und mit Fa. Cancom abgeschlossen. Die Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken beabsichtigen, den bestehenden Enterprise Agreement (EA) Vertrag mit dem Lieferanten Cancom um ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. Der Hauptgegenstand ist die fortgesetzte Versorgung mit Softwarelizenzen inklusive Lizenzbetreuung, Wartung sowie die damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen auf Basis des seit 01.06.2025 aktuellen BMI-Rahmenvertrags und dessen Verlängerungsoption um 12 weitere Monate. Diese 12 Monate werden anschließend dazu genutzt, eine neue Ausschreibung für das Jahr 2026 if. vorzubereiten und dementsprechend den nächsten Vertrag neu auszuschreiben.
