Description
Die Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken (AöR) haben im Jahr 2022 ein offenes Verfahren „HR-Software“ zur Vergabe einer HR-Software mit Fa. P&I AG abgeschlossen. Die Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken beabsichtigen, den bestehenden Vertrag bis 2030 zu verlängern und mit dem angebotenen Upgrade neue zusätzliche Funktionen zu erweitern. Insbesondere geht es um das Produktivitätssteigerungspotential mithilfe des KI-Assistenten, Anstoßen der neuen unternehmensweiten / fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekte mithilfe der digitalen Dienste und Erhöhung der Abrechnungsgenauigkeit mithilfe des digitalen Zwillings.
