Description
Lidingö stad, stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla avtal avseende ett verksamhetssystem för Miljö- och hälsoskyddsenheten och miljö- och stadsbyggnadskontoret. Lidingö stad är en av Stockholms läns kommuner och har drygt 48 000 invånare. Staden innefattar ön Lidingö samt ett antal kringliggande ö-grupper och är indelad i 18 stadsdelar där invånarantalet varierar från ett hundratal till drygt 5000. Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose stadens behov av ett modern och verksamhetsanpassat verksamhetssystem för miljö- och hälsoskyddsenheten. Målet med upphandlingen är att miljö- och hälsoskyddsenheten får ett verksamhetssystem som bidrar till att underlätta och effektivisera medarbetarnas arbete i de processer som verksamhetssystemet ska stödja. Det är viktigt med ett användarvänligt och intuitivt gränssnitt, som gör det lätt att göra rätt, och ett system som är uppdaterat mot aktuella regelverk och praxis. En viktig del är också att systemet stödjer automatisering av processer på ett säkert sätt och att informationsåtervinning mellan system och interoperabilitet finns med som en viktig komponent.
