Description
Lidingö stad (staden), stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla avtal avseende ett verksamhetssystem för bygglovsenheten på miljö- och stadsbyggnadskontoret (msk). Lidingö stad är en av Stockholms läns kommuner och har drygt 48 000 invånare. Staden innefattar ön Lidingö samt ett antal kringliggande ögrupper och är indelad i 18 stadsdelar där invånarantalet varierar från ett hundratal till drygt 5000. Bygglovsenheten handlägger och ger råd vid bygglov, marklov och rivningslov samt ger råd i övriga frågor som kan uppkomma i byggsammanhang. Enheten handlägger bygganmälan, obligatorisk ventilationskontroll samt har tillsyn över hissar. Verksamheten sker i form av myndighetsutövning och grundar sig bland annat på plan- och bygglagen. Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose stadens behov av ett modern och verksamhetsanpassat verksamhetssystem för bygglovsenheten. Målet med upphandlingen är att Bygglovsenheten får ett verksamhetssystem som bidrar till att underlätta och effektivisera medarbetarnas arbete i de processer som verksamhetssystemet ska stödja.
