Description
Malmö Stad har som mål att införskaffa ett för beställaren effektivt och användarvänligt IT-system för hantering av processer avseende grävtillstånd och tillfälliga trafikregleringar. Systemet ska i hög grad kunna effektivisera de arbetsflöden som förekommer då målet är att ett nytt system ska leda till minskad administrativ tid för beställarens handläggare. Systemet ska stödja administration av handläggning av ansökningar, uppföljning av ärenden, koppling till markupplåtelse och LTF m.fl.
