Ramavtalet omfattar upphandlingskonsulttjänster för genomförande av offentliga upphandlingar. Malmö stad genomför upphandlingen för egen räkning och för följande helägda bolags räkning: Boplats Syd AB, Malmö kommuns parkerings AB, Malmö Leasing AB, Minc i Sverige AB, MKB Fastighets AB, Parkeringsövervakning i Malmö AB.
