Description
Stiftelsen Bodenbo förvaltar ca 2 100 lägenheter och ca 80 lokaler belägna i Boden och Sävast (ca 10 km från tätort) För mer information om beställaren se www.bodenbo.se. Målsättningen med upphandlingen är att få till stånd ramavtal för löpande ventilationsarbeten vid ombyggnads- och underhållsarbeten, lokalanpassningar, reparationer och mindre nyproduktioner. Arbetena kan vara planerade och oplanerade, och utförs i lägenheter, lokaler och övriga allmänna utrymmen samt utvändiga arbeten. I uppdraget ingår även injustering och driftsättning av anläggningar.
