Description
Upphandlingen omfattar fastighets - och störningsjour i Stiftelsen Bodenbos fastighetsbestånd med möjlighet till en option för avrop av rondering. I uppdraget ingår att bedriva larmmottagning dit Beställare och hyresgäster kan anmäla fel under Beställarens icke ordinarie öppettider. Leverantören ska ha jour och beredskap, genomföra utryckningar, konstatera störningar och även utföra vissa åtgärder och felavhjälpning av akuta fel. Viss städ- och/eller saneringstjänster kan komma att avropas där risk för personskada föreligger. Leverantören ska svara för nyckelhantering och förvaring av nycklar. Personal som rycker ut på fastighetsjour ska kunna utföra enklare rörarbeten, elarbeten samt reparationer. Vanligaste arbeten på Störningsjour är; hög musik, avlägsna obehöriga i trapphuset eller upplåsning av dörr. Vanligaste arbeten på fastighetslour är; Stock i kök eller badrum, felsökning säkring eller utkörning av lånekyl Leverantören ska på avrop kunna rondera på av Beställarens definierade områden i den omfattning som anges vid avrop. Med rondering avses översyn av Beställarens fastigheter, externt och eller internt.
