Upphandlingen avser service och injustering av befintliga ventilationsanläggningar samt montage och injustering av nyinstallerade ventilationssystem. Dessutom omfattar avtalet ett samarbete mellan beställare och entreprenör att förvalta befintliga installationer så att en energieffektiv drift uppnås samt att nya installationer projekteras så att funktion och energiprestanda blir optimal.
