Description
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing, ID No. 521218-0610, intends to enter into agreements with private entities for security supervision and services for individuals with complex and specific support needs in the capital area. These individuals have been sentenced to security supervision under Article 62 of the General Penal Code, No. 19/1940. These services are intended to be made with Mannvirðing ehf. and Klettabær ehf., therefore there are two entities. Please note that these are not tenders but in order to advertise this advertisement adequately there is a requirement to log tenders. According to the proposed agreements, the private entity shall operate the security supervision established on the basis of a court ruling under Article 62 of the Penal Code. A specification of requirements is available, outlining how the said security supervision and services shall be provided. The main objective of the proposed agreement is to ensure that individuals who require security supervision pursuant to a court ruling receive it along with appropriate services.
