The description and justification of this notice is in Icelandic, if a foreign economic operator needs further clarification, please contact brynjar.s.haraldsson@fjs.is Description Félags- og húsnæðismálaráðuneytið, kt. 521218-0610, hefur í hyggju að gera þjónustusamning við Heimilisfrið, meðferðar- og þekkingarmiðstöð um ofbeldi í nánum samböndum. Meginmarkmið fyrirhugaðs samnings er að fyrirbyggja frekari ofbeldishegðun einstaklinga sem beitt hafa maka sína ofbeldi með því að styðja þau í að takast á við ágreining og erfiðleika í samskiptum og efla færni þeirra í að tileinka sér heilbrigðari og uppbyggilegri leiðir til þess að leysa ágreining. Gerðar eru eftirfarandi kröfur til rekstraraðila samkvæmt samningi og þeirra sem veita meðferð á vegum rekstraraðila: • Að rekstraraðili sýni fram á burði til þess að sinna þjónustunni m.t.t. til fjölda starfsfólks, aðstöðu o.s.frv. • Að á vegum rekstraraðila starfi meðferðaraðilar sem hafi starfsleyfi sem sálfræðingar frá embætti landlæknis. • Að rekstraraðili sé með staðfestan rekstur í heilbrigðisþjónustu samkvæmt lögum um la…
