Description
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing, ID No. 521218-0610, intends to enter into agreements with private entities for security supervision and services for individuals with complex support needs in the Capital area. These individuals have complex service needs due to disability and/or illness and have been sentenced to security supervision under Article 62 of the General Penal Code, No. 19/1940. The services are intended to be made with Mannvirðing ehf and Klettabær ehf. Please note that these are not tenders but to advertise this advertisement adequately there is a requirement to log tenders. According to the proposed agreements, the private entities shall provide all necessary social and daily services, appropriate housing, as well as operate the security supervision established based on a court ruling under Article 62 of the Penal Code. A specification of requirements is available, outlining how said services shall be provided. The service provider must have a valid operating license issued by the Quality and Supervisory Authority of Welfare.
