Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal för kommunens behov av snittblommor, krukväxter och blomsterarrangemang för avtackningar, uppvaktningar och begravningar med mera. Ramavtalet omfattar även övrigt sortiment som t.ex. krukor, planteringsjord och kort samt tillhörande tjänster såsom blomsterförmedlingstjänst. Avtalet avser också mindre kompletteringsköp av utplanteringsväxter och vedartade växter.
