Description
Upphandlingen omfattar konsulttjänster inom området byggledning, projektledning och besiktningsman vilket bland annat innebär uppdrag såsom: - Projekt- och byggledning, övervakande teknisk kontroll, granskning och kvalitetsansvar vid mark och va-anläggningar, park- och grönytor, belysning samt framtagande av kalkyler och ekonomisk uppföljning av utfört arbete. - Granskning av förfrågningsunderlag såsom administrativa föreskrifter, mängdförteckningar, tekniska beskrivningar och ritningar samt genomförande av kvalitetsrevisioner med mera. - Besiktning av utförda entreprenader rörande såväl mark, som grönytor, belysning och VA. Uppdrag utöver de ovan uppräknade kan förekomma. Volym Omfattningen är baserad på tidigare års statistik Beställaren förbinder sig inte att avropa bestämd kvantitet eller värde. Tidigare har det inom detta område köpts tekniska konsulttjänster för ca 2 500 000 SEK per år. Förutsättningar för avtalet Avtalet är ett ramavtal utan volymförpliktelser. Under avtalstiden kan förändringar komma att ske utifrån politiska beslut, verksamhets-/organisationsförändringar m.m. som kan påverka behovet, volymerna, antalet avtalsanvändare eller leveransställen
