Upphandlingen avser ramavtal gällande reparations-, underhålls-, och servicearbeten, felavhjälpande underhåll, optimering av reglerprocesser, integration. Byggnaderna är belägna inom Härryda kommuns gränser. Förutom att kommunen är expansiv finns behov av modernisering av äldre styr och reglerutrustning. Kommunen har idag i huvudsak ett fabrikat (Regin Arrigo) för styr och övervakning.
