Description
Upphandlingen avser Etapp 1 av Sahlgrenska Life Hus 1. Hus 1 är en byggnad med elva våningsplan ovan mark samt ett kulvertplan. På byggnadens tak finns en helikopterflygplats med landningsbana och uppställningsplats för helikopter. Byggnadens bruttoarea är cirka 61 000 kvm. Genomförandet av projektet SGL Hus 1 utförs i etapper. Etapp 1 omfattar bland annat fortsatta schaktarbeten, grundläggning, yttre VA samt en fullt färdig stomme som till största del utgörs av prefabricerade element.
