Förlossning och neonatal (FoN) är ett nytt höghus i elva våningar varav två källarvåningar, på Östra sjukhuset i Göteborg som omfattar totalt ca 34 000 m2 BTA. Byggnationen utförs i två separata etapper. Entreprenad etapp 1 pågår. Denna upphandling avser etapp 2 som utgör resterande arbeten till fullt färdigt utförande av hela objektet. Entreprenadform utförandeentreprenad och upphandlingsform generalentreprenad. Planerad byggstart är preliminärt Q3 2025 och färdigställandetid är preliminärt Q1 2028.
