Upphandlingen omfattar förvaltning och utveckling av HEM:s externa webbplats hem.se med angränsande digitala tjänster. HEM:s ramavtal för förvaltning och utveckling av extern webbplats löper ut under 2025. Därför behöver en ny upphandling genomföras för förvaltning och utveckling av hem.se med angränsande digitala tjänster.
