Konsignationslager av drivmedel HVO100 samt inköp av AdBlue, inkl. stationstankning för tunga fordon. Genom ett konsignationsavtal till merparten av volymen ska en beredskapsvolym upprätthållas inom Halmstad tätort. Upphandlingen omfattar även HEM:s behov av stationstankning av HVO100, Diesel samt AdBlue för tunga fordon.
