Description
Anbudsinbjudan/upphandlingens mål och syfte omfattar teknisk kompetens för uppsättning, konfiguration och förvaltning av en ny IT-miljö där SharePoint sätts upp på stadens egna servrar som stadens driftleverantör Vivicta tillhandhåller i stadens miljö . Upphandlingen omfattar även avancerad kompetens, det vill säga erfarna utvecklare och IT arkitekter med kompetens om bygg-, anläggnings- och infrastrukturell informationshantering. Armaria ska utvecklas och anpassas över mycket lång tid framöver och för detta behövs en säkrad nivå av specialiserad och särskild teknisk förmåga och verksamhetsrelaterad kompetens. Syftet med upphandlingen är att uppnå en sådan nivå för att säkra systemets drift och underhåll samt en stabil framtida funktionalitet utan risk för stillestånd, förlängda ledtider eller orimligt höga kostnader. Genom föreslagna förändringar av Armaria ska det även bli möjligt att ta emot leveranser av information från mer komplexa projekt som Slussen, Hagastaden, Norra Djurgårdsstaden med flera.
