Kriminalvården är i expansionsskede för att tillgodose det ökade behovet av nya anstaltsplatser. Som ett led i expansionen kommer Anstalten Skogome öka antal platser från ca 200 till 800. Detta objektet omfattar nybyggnad av 2 st. boendebyggnader, By 033 och By 036 för intagna samt tillhörande miljöstationsbyggnader By 040 resp. 043. By 033; Källare under mark med tre boendevåningar ovan mark och kallvind. Pålad bottenplatta av betong, platsgjutna källarytterväggar Ytter-, innerväggar och bjälklag av prefabricerade betongelement.
