Description
Denna upphandling avser ett socialt utfallskontrakt. Eskilstuna kommun har för avsikt att teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör som ska samverka med kommunen i förändringsarbete som syftar till att förebygga och förhindra samt förkorta placeringar i familjehem för barn 0-12 år. Leverantören erhåller endast ersättning under förutsättning att utfall uppnås och enligt den ersättningsmodell som tagits fram för utfallskontraktet. Socialförvaltningen i Eskilstuna kommun har under flera år sett utmaningar inom Socialtjänsten då behov av stöd till barn, unga och deras familjer ökar. Trenden är utmanande för kommunen och i längden resursmässigt ej hållbar. Detta påkallar en långsiktig förändringsinsats. Då familjehemsplaceringar är kostsamma investeringar skulle en minskning också medföra positiva ekonomiska effekter för kommunen, men det ekonomiska målet är underställt det kvalitetsmässiga och barnperspektivet.
