Upphandlingen avser att möjliggöra en förbättring av de sanitära förhållandena i området genom en utbyggnad av kommunalt vatten och spillvatten samt att möjliggöra för utbyggnad av permanent bostadsbebyggelse på befintliga bostadsfastigheter för område C, Norra Boo. Området avser Område C – Rörsunda ön Utbyggnad av ca 1,1 km vatten- och spillvattenledningar samt elledningar och kommunikationsnät. Område C – Sommarbo samt Rörsundsviken 1 ca 4,2 km vatten- och spillvattenledningar samt elledningar.
