Detta är en del av omfattningen som finns med: Uppdragen består av löpande byggservicearbeten i beställarens, inklusive dess helägda bolags, fastighetsbestånd. Arbetena kan avse fastigheter för hyresgäster, lokaler för verksamheter samt skyddsrum. Enligt med ABT 06. Uppdragen kan även omfatta byggentreprenader såväl inomhus som utom-hus, exempelvis tillbyggnader, ombyggnader och renoveringsarbeten, även bygg- och markarbeten kan förekomma. Arbetena kommer ofta att utföras i lokaler med pågående verksamhet, vil-ket entreprenören ska beakta och bedriva sina arbeten på ett sådant sätt att den ordinarie verksamheten störs minimalt.
