Region Västmanland ämnar genomföra upphandling för kompetensutveckling genom utbildningar inom ESF. Syftet med denna RFI är att komplettera vår befintliga kunskap för att säkerställa att eventuell upphandling med resulterande avtal är bästa möjliga för samtliga parter.
