Predmet nabave su usluge upravljanja u provedbi projekta sufinanciranog EU sredstvima SUSTAV ODVODNJE OTPADNIH VODA–AGLOMERACIJA NOVI VINODOLSKI,CRIKVENICA,SELCE Usluge u okviru ovog ugovora obuhvaćaju usluge tehničke i administrativne podrške UPRAVLJANJA PROJEKTOM SUSTAV ODVODNJE OTPADNIH VODA–AGLOMERACIJA NOVI VINODOLSKI,CRIKVENICA,SELCE tijekom pripreme te izvođenja radova 1.Tehničko praćenje, upravljanje, savjetovanje Naručitelja s obzirom na to da sve aspekte koji, po profesionalnoj procjeni Izvršitelja, mogu ugroziti uspješnu provedbu Projekta i/ili dovesti do kršenja uvjeta iz Ugovora (u smislu dinamike, kvalitete izvedenih radova, kvalitete opreme i planiranja financija) 2.Koordiniranje svih projektnih aktivnosti i sudionika, u cilju uspješnog završetka Projekta 3.Financijsko praćenje provedbe 4.Pravno praćenje provedbe 5.Upravljanje rizicima i otklanjanje štetnih posljedica 6.Administriranje provedbe Projekta i projektno izvješćivanje u skladu s regulativom RH i EU
