Predmet nabave je projektiranje, ishođenje dozvola, izgradnja, dobava i ugradnja opreme, puštanje u pogon, pokusni rad, testovi po dovršetku (testovi prije i pri puštanju u rad), te uklanjanje nedostatka u jamstvenom roku za: • Projektiranje, izgradnju i probni rad UPOV-a Novi Vinodolski, kapacitete 12.000 ES i postrojenja za sušenje mulja • Projektiranje, izgradnju i probni rad UPOV-a Crikvenica, kapacitete 31.500 ES • Rekonstrukcija odnosno izgradnja vodoopskrbnog sustava i sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda unutar granica parcela objekta koji su predmet DON-a (UPOV Crikvenica, UPOV Novi Vinodolski i postrojenja za sušenje mulja te 4 glavne transportne crpne stanice s pripadajućim podmorskim ispustima)
