Predmet nabave je usluga cjelovitog održavanja medicinskih uređaja proizvođača „GE Healthcare“ koji su u vlasništvu i uporabi u KBC-u Osijek u razdoblju od 2 (dvije) godine po principu „total care“. Predmet nabave je podijeljen u dvije (2) grupe. U Tehničkoj specifikaciji za svaku grupu predmeta nabave navedena je medicinska oprema proizvođača „GE Healthcare“ za koju se predmetna nabava provodi uz detaljan opis i opseg aktivnost koje usluga održavanja uređaja obuhvaća. Redoviti pregledi, popravci i preventivno održavanje medicinske opreme provode se sukladno preporuci proizvođača i preporučenom vremenskom dinamikom, ovisno o vrsti i složenosti uređaja, sukladno broju obveznih godišnjih pregleda. Održavanje i popravak uređaja se provode u prostorima Naručitelja, u radne dane od ponedjeljka do petka od 7:30 do 15:30 sati. Najava preventivnog održavanja najmanje 5 dana prije. Odaziv na ispitivanja kvara maksimalno 24 sati od primitka prijave.
