Usluge osnovnog i proširenog održavanja višenamjenskog informacijskog sustava Registra zgrada – RZ odnose se na: • Osnovno održavanje sustava registra zgrada – za sve module i funkcionalnosti koje su implementirane u sklopu projekta uspostave RZ potrebno je osigurati osnovno održavanje koje pruža slijedeće usluge: o Korektivno održavanje o Preventivno održavanje o Usluga ažuriranja aplikacijskog softvera o Upravljanje projektom i izvještavanje • Prošireno održavanje sustava registra zgrada – koje se odnosi na slijedeće usluge: o Adaptivno održavanje o Posebne usluge o Perfektivno održavanje o Pomoć ovlaštenim predstavnicima DGU-a
