Description
Predmet nabave je Sistematski pregled djelatnika DGU. Sukladno članku 54. Kolektivnog ugovora za državne službenike i namještenike („Narodne novine“ br. 56/22, 127/22, 58/23, 128/23 i 29/24 – u daljnjem tekstu: Kolektivni ugovor), svi službenici i namještenici do 50 godina starosti svake 3 godine, a zaposlenici iznad 50 godina starosti svake 2 godine imaju pravo na sistematski pregled u vrijednosti od 160,00 EUR. Prema članka 54. stavku 6. Kolektivnog ugovora, sistematski pregled obuhvaća zdravstvene preglede iz specifikacije koja se nalazi u prilogu Kolektivnog ugovora odnosno u privitku 1. ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Ponuditelj je dužan osigurati sve preglede iz specifikacije usluga.
