Predmet javnog nadmetanja u otvorenom postupku javne nabave velike vrijednosti je nabava usluge organizacije službenih putovanja za policijske službenike koji sudjeluju u međunarodnim aktivnostima u skladu s priloženim Troškovnikom te ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj dokumentaciji. Usluge organizacije službenih putovanja ovisit će i o broju državljana trećih zemalja koji se udaljuju, potrebne policijske pratnje policijskih službenika, medicinskog tima i prevoditelja te odredišta, s time da izvršitelj usluge leta brine o svim aerodromskim pristojbama i taksama polijetanja i slijetanja, osoblju u zrakoplovnom, zračnom prostoru i dr.
