Description
The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements to cover the need for the purchase of used and new furniture for schools, nurseries, offices and institutions. The framework agreements do not include institution beds etc., as the Contracting Authority has other contracts for this. The framework agreements shall ensure that the Contracting Authority can procure used and new furniture when the need for furniture cannot be covered by furniture repairs or re-use.
