Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid KO (TIS) is a joint procurement unit for the municipalities: Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje and Tokke. TIS has the professional responsibility for the implementation of this competition. TIS enters into an agreement on behalf of six member municipalities. The contract owner is Midt-Telemark municipality, org.nr. 920 297 293, on behalf of TIS.
