Description
Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS) is a joint procurement unit for the municipalities: Kviteseid, Nissedal, Nome, Midt-Telemark, Seljord, Vinje and Tokke. Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS) intends to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for the procurement and leasing of new and used passenger cars and goods vans under 3.5 tonnes as well as minibuses with up to 17 seats, both fossil, hybrid, electric, hydrogen, gas, etc. The contracting authority would like the future vehicle fleet to be considerably more climate-friendly and environmentally friendly and therefore focus on purchasing and leasing vehicles that are fossil free as long as such vehicles fulfil decisive transport needs. Increasingly more focus on circular economy means that municipalities will increasingly consider buying or leasing used vehicles rather than new ones, but it is up to each individual municipality how they will handle this. The contracting authority would like a dynamic purchasing system for future procurements of a number of different types of vehicles.
