Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na wykonaniu konserwacji, serwisu bieżącego, usuwaniu awarii i dokonywania napraw urządzeń gazowych znajdujących się na terenie kompleksów wojskowych administrowanych przez 28 Wojskowy Oddział Gospodarczy w Siedlcach w latach 2026-2027 z podziałem na 3 zadania: Zadanie nr 1 – SOI Siedlce Zadanie nr 2 – SOI Wesoła Zadanie nr 3 – SOI Biała Podlaska Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ- Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia oraz w załączniku nr 6, 6A, 6B do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy, które zostaną zamieszczone na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia Wykonawcy zamówień na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Pzp w wysokości do 50% kwoty zamówienia podstawowego, polegającego na powtórzeniu, w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego, podobnych usług zgodnych z przedmiotem zamówienia. Zamówienie zostanie udzielone pod warunkiem posiadania przez Zamawiającego środków finansowych na ten cel, w przypadku zwiększonego zapotrzebowania na przedmiot umowy oraz gdy potrzeba zmiany zakr…
