Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ryb i produktów rybnych w przewidywanych ilościach z podziałem na 3 części (zadania). Zadanie 1 – Dostawa ryb i produktów rybnych - (GZ Siedlce) Zadanie 2 – Dostawa ryb i produktów rybnych - (GZ Warszawa -Wesoła) Zadanie 3 – Dostawa ryb i produktów rybnych - Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA - Kopytów 1. Wymogi ilości oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załącznikach nr 1 do SWZ – opis przedmiotu zamówienia, który zostanie zamieszczony na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu: Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy - Prawo zamówień publicznych. Realizacja prawa opcji - w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego polegać będzie na zwiększeniu przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, maksymalnie do wysokości 200 % zamówienia podstawowego. 2.
