Tillväxtverket har behov av en leverantör som kan tillhandahålla upphandlingskonsulter för att genomföra upphandlingar och avrop samt ge kvalificerad rådgivning inom upphandlingsområdet. Tillväxtverket avser att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör som kan garantera en god leveransförmåga med säkerställd resursplanering och bemanning under förutsättningar såsom, akuta uppdrag med snäva tidsramar, vid förlust av nyckelpersoner eller som backup under pågående uppdrag etc.
