Ramavtal för stöd i rekryteringsprocessen. Målet med upphandlingen är att skapa ett strategiskt stöd för Tillväxtverket i rekryteringsprocessen. Leverantören ska bidra till professionella bedömningar av kandidater, vara ett strategiskt bollplank för Tillväxtverket i dess rekryteringar och ha god kännedom om, och förståelse för, Tillväxtverkets organisation och behov. Samarbetet ska präglas av professionalitet, saklighet, objektivitet och proaktivitet.
