Description

Ramavtalet ska ge Beställaren tillgång till en bred och sammanhållen kompetens för kvalificerad strategisk rådgivning, analys-, utrednings- och processtöd samt olika typer av kommunikationstjänster. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantör som ansvarar för den samlade leveransen och för samordning av de resurser och eventuella underleverantörer som krävs för respektive avrop.
