Uppdraget är driftentreprenad av insatsen bostad med särskild service för vuxna enligt 9 § 9 LSS. I uppdraget ingår också att tillhandahålla basal hälso- och sjukvård enligt hälso- och sjukvårdslagen (HSL), till och med sjuksköterskenivå.
